360 Mobile Detailing respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following policy for handling claims of copyright infringement.
1. Notification of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that any material available on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification of claimed copyright infringement under the DMCA by providing the following information in writing to our designated DMCA agent at 360carmobile@gmail.com:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a description of where it is located on our website.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by providing the following information to our designated DMCA agent at 360carmobile@gmail.com:
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside, or if you are located outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where 360 Mobile Detailing may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of that person.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
360 Mobile Detailing reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and applicable copyright law.
